Hello -
I am new to this forum but looking for some advice. I have never had a classic/muscle car but always wanted to resotre an old car. I am looking at posibbly buying a 55 Chevy 210 - 4 dr. But really don't know enough to know if it is a good deal or how much work it will be.
Here is a description of the car from the owner:
"sitting since 79. less than 73000 original miles 6cyl auto, 99% complete missing only muffler and tailpipe, runs-drives interior near perfect except front seat. has original title from 55 (2 cent stamped envelope sent in incl) yes you could be the 2nd registered owner, body solid some rust through at rear trunk rocker and typical places on fenders. this car is very restorable or drive like it is to turn heads"
He is selling for $2,500. does this seem like a good deal? I am looking for a project car i would work on for the next 5 or 6 years with my son. Do you think this would be a good prospect?
Thanks for any advice.

I think thats a fair price especially if you can do some of the work yourself... do you have pictures? we'd love to see it.
