I got some major cancer growing in the drivers side quarter at the bottom of the wheel well. What would be the bast way to repare the damage?

Ya gotta cut it all the way out if you want it to last. I hope there is a replacement panel out there for your application.
The other thing is that the under body area needs to be looked at. That's where the rust lye on most cars.
You can find some "how to do it" web sights, that may help you do the work.

Im out in cali so I dont have the under body issues the rest of the country has. However when it rains here water does collect in certain place in my car and thats where the cancer is growing. Namly the bottom of the quater panels right by the wheel wells, the bottom of the doors and the cowl.

yeah living in cali is sweet, when you do get a rusty car its usually because of a bad seal (i.e. Torino trunk floors are rusty because the window seal sucks) but out here all you gotta do is grind to metal and POR-15 or krylon rust tuff it and you're done.

Yeah, bout to find out, might need to patch panel the 72, first one of my vehicles I'd have to do this on.
