A friend of mine told me that if one would want to put a Shaker scoop on a Duster, I would have to fabricate many parts myself. Can someone please tell me what I would have to fabricate and how much it would cost? I'm just wondering.

The Duster hood has that goofy line up the middle that is going to make the job kinda difficult...It is a very time consuming process to do it right, lots of metal and filler work... It would be hard to put a price on a job like that one because everything has to be hand made except the shaker bubble itself.

Wow, now I know why you just see them with plane scoops or blowers. Thanks

I'd do it if I had the money and skills.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v299/Daffy427/group3015.jpg I did this one with a repro bubble from Ebay....The cuda hood is more suited to it.... It was still a lot of work to make it nice because I had to cut and flare the top as well as doing a lot of work to make the framework look good on the bottom of the hood...Wish I had gotten some shots of that before I sold the car.

Yeah, The shaker was pretty much a 'Cuda thing. Or an E body thing. Too bad Mopar didn't expand its compadability.
