Hi to all,
I Just became a member of the Tri fives and found a link to this site, This is great! I guess I have a lot of history with all the Chevy people, Owning the two cars I've had and still own. I got my 69 SS Nova in Oct 1968 It was the first one out of Konners Chevrolet, Levitown, Long Island NY $3200 out the door! It was the first one ordered. Salesman wanted to sell me a 350. I told him to talk to his boss. I only had it a year then it got stolen! 396/375 @5600 Rpm ( 425HP @6500!!!) M21 close ratio, 456 posi. It was a lot of fun. I got 9 points on my licence in 6 months. That was how it was, with all the muscle cars at the time everyone street raced!! Almost lost my licence! Thats another story. Now I own a L71 427 210 57, Ive had it since 1980. And I'm still working on it.
Nice Site glad to be here !!!

Welcome aboard and I really need to see a picture of your 210....love the fact you call it what it is instead of the B word. Awesome man, and the Nova... My daughter is drooling on the computer desk....in high school that was the only car she wanted...heck if we could find her one now...she would say it was carseat worthy. Welcome aboard.... slam down some photos...if you need help just holler... Add your input all over the place... Welcome again... Pull up a chair and lets get to know ya... :D

I'm in the middle of getting a web page at Tri fives. The picts of the nova are from 1968-69. I hope to post most of them there. The nova had bench seat my Girlfirend (wife now) liked sitting in the middle even though it was a 4 speed car. I had a problem getting a Hurst shifter for It, to go over the bench seat, very rare!! I do have some photos of the 210 at the Tri five site under the 57 photo gallery they are about 7 pages in with the same handle as I have here. kzo57
