I posted this little idea in the Ranchero website. Take a Triton V-10 and stick it into a 72-79 Ranchero. Then put in a remote turbo setup behind the cubby hole. People think its just a engine swap little do they know its really a sleeping street terror.

on the Triton..... you know how good Klaus is.... it took him 15 minutes to find one spark plug..... you might rethink that one.... how about a Ranchero with a PowerStroke... :D :D :D

Hey runner I was thinking about doing a remote turbo set up or a centerfugal super charger. I know the modulars (4.6,5.4,6.whatever/V-10) are grossely under powered.

I dont have the time, the money, or the place to do this kind of work but Im just putting it out there as a idea if somebody wanted to do it. I just think it would be really cool to see the modular used in something besides old mustangs.

I'd love to put a V-10 in something, I saw one in a Towncar once. And there's a guy, on myspace of all places, building a modular V-10 to put in a 70s mustang.
