Now that is what I call....AWESOME... RED does righteous burnouts too, just can't get the traction to hold it to the ground to get a good time down the straight. Those are fantastic pictures....and I think I would like to have your car as the January Car of the month. If you don't mind.... Could you send me an email of the specifics on your car so I can set that up to debut our new SPOTLIGHT next month. I'd appreciate it. Thanks so much.

thank you ... I have a section in the garage showing several pictures of my badboy. The smell of burning rubber and racing fuel is just the greatest smell in the world. RED was a gift to me from my hubby and there are several pictures there. As well as some of the other members rides. I'd like to see you set yours up as well.

Well Wingnut you will get your chance to see all about this little jewel. It's been chosen for January's car of the month and I'll be doing a total run down on this car so everyone can see its before, during and now. Then I will have a section open for the month to ask all you want. I'll have this put together in a couple weeks so everyone's questions will get answered. Thanks, and thank you Roger... :D :D

I love your ride MOKANRACER, Welcome from Wisconsin.
I just got back from a 5 day visit over ThanksGiving with my Son and his Wife,in Wauwatosa. Got to bond with my new 5 month old Grandson, Nicholas Edward. I really got spoiled while there. Even brought back some sand from Lake Michigan.:)

I would like to see my car too!;)
It's buried in SNOW in Canada. I am going to search for some older pics of the poor old beast when I get back to the frozen north.
This year (Insh Allah!) I will finally have time to do something with it.
Have fun!

Oh yes,how I agree with you. I was actually gonna go with a big Block. I purchased a brand new Gen5 454 4,bolt hevy duty version block to build. I traded it off to the guy that owned the 62.Its the only way I could get the car. I also saw what kind of cost would be associated with building it. Ouch. Oh well. I,ll just dream on.

I just noticed that you call "Red" your badboy, and all us guys refer to our cars as her:eek: . Guess that just goes to prove what we were saying over in the other forum. We refer to our cars as the opposite sex cuz they're the focal point of our affections:p .

Sounds like your man's a good one, kinda like my wife, she's the one that bought the '55 and gave it to me Christmas 2003. I ain't asked for nothing else for Christmas since except good time spent with family.
