Looks like a ton of bundo covering up a lot of rust. And the bodywork that has been done looks like ameatur.

When I looked at the frame pics, the undercoating is bulging. Doesn't look like there is anything for it to be stuck to.

It's been bid to over $6,000 so far. I'll be surprised if the guy gets $10k for it. Better cars can be had at that price.
