that depends...are you winterizing for driving or for storage...two different ways to handle a car....but none the less you need to check the antifreeze to make sure its good to 60 below.

If you plan on driving it....check belts, hoses, antifreeze level (it should be good to 60 below) check all other fluids. Rotate and balance tires and check air pressures. Also not bad to keep in your trunk or behind the seat if you drive a truck, Cold weather gear in case you get stranded. Blanket, flares, flashlight, extra batteries, first aid kit, etc. If you are going to store your car away for the winter. you still need to check the following also if its going to sit and not be driven for over a month if possible jack up the vehicle and put floor jack stands under the frame in secure locations to relieve the pressure on springs, shocks and tires. Just my suggestions.... :D

ya its for storage,

I'm really worried about mice, last year the runner's interior was raped by the little buggers, and I had alot of rewireing to do

I used mothballs too, so I don't know if it was mice or what
